What data this site gathers, how it is used and what is not collected. In effect September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, self-rated health, tobacco use, coverage amount and term preference. These answers are sent to the carriers' quoting engine for rate calculations and are not retained by this site. Names, addresses, phone numbers and emails are not collected for quotes. Identical repeated requests may use a brief cache to reduce redundant carrier calls.

Applying

Choosing to apply uses your responses to prefill a secure application on the carriers' platform, governed by their privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, licensed in California, coordinates the process with carriers.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply method, subject and message. It is sent via email to the agency using your email as the return address. This site does not store the message, maintain a database or log message contents. A brief anti-spam check occurs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This site measures page visits using first-party, cookieless technology served from this domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers are placed; your IP is partially masked before storage; referrer query strings are stripped; logs are purged after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded from measurement.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share or trade personal information, use ad tracking or run third-party analytics. The only external code is the carriers' application platform, which runs only if you visit the application page.
